CUBLOC2 is a programmable controller platform from COMFILE Technology that combines BASIC, ladder logic, and Logic Script in one development environment. Its dual-core architecture allows BASIC programs and ladder logic to execute on separate processor cores.
Three Ways to Build Your Control Program
Choose the programming style that suits each part of your application, or combine them within the same project.
- BASIC — Write calculations, communication routines, and application logic in a familiar text-based language.
- Ladder Logic — Create visual control sequences using contacts, coils, timers, counters, and other instructions.
- Logic Script — Express ladder logic in text form for an alternative way to enter and edit control logic.
Dual-Core Processing
Based on the RP2350 microcontroller family, CUBLOC2 assigns BASIC execution and ladder processing to separate cores. This architecture separates the ladder scan from the BASIC program flow.
Control and Communication Functions
CUBLOC2 provides functions for digital I/O, analog input, PWM, pulse generation, high-speed counting, encoder input, and PID control. Serial communication, I2C, and Modbus support help connect the controller to peripheral devices and other equipment. Available connections and electrical specifications depend on the hardware model.
