Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at sales@comfiletech.com with details of the product and the defect. All returned items must be in their original packaging, complete with owner's manual and show no signs of use, wear or abuse.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.


Warranty & Repair Policy

In-Warranty Repairs:

All Comfile products are covered by 1 year Limited Warranty. If returned within this period, we’ll repair the product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alterations or repairs.


Out of Warranty Repairs:

All Non-Warranty returns must have an RMA number and a purchase order to process repairs. If the customer wishes to return a product for repair that is no longer within the warranty period, or for damage not covered by the warranty, the repair cost will be determined after inspect the device and you will be notified of charges prior to execution of repairs. 


Requesting an RMA Number:

When returning product for any reason, you must first to contact Comfile and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Comfile Customer Service agent.

This can be initiated by calling (888) 928-2562 or by sending an email to sales@comfiletech.com

The following information is required in order to complete the RMA request: 

  1. Contact name
  2. Company name
  3. Address
  4. Phone number
  5. Order Number
  6. A brief description of the problem that is occurring with the product(s) to be returned.

Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility.



Products shipping world-wide (except the USA and Canada) will ship directly from South Korea.  

Shipping insurance costs, local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the Buyer.
