Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

  • No signs of use, wear, or abuse

Non-Refundable

  • Shipping and handling charges
  • Items showing signs of use

Warranty & Repair

1-Year Limited Warranty

Free repair using new or equivalent parts for failures in performance and reliability. Covers 1 year from the date of purchase.

* Does not cover abuse, misuse, or unauthorized alterations.

Out of Warranty

Repair costs are determined after inspection. Requires a Purchase Order (PO) to proceed with repairs.

* Customers will be notified of charges prior to execution.

How to Request an RMA

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping.
