DC Adaptor jack dongle

The ComfilePi and ComfileHMI product families are originally designed to be powered directly using a 24V power supply connection.

However, during development and testing, it is often more convenient to use a DC adapter with a standard DC jack instead of fixed wiring. By using this DC Jack Dongle, a DC adapter can be connected quickly and easily without modifying the power wiring. This makes it especially useful during prototyping, system evaluation, and temporary test setups.

It is a simple yet practical accessory that significantly improves convenience and efficiency during the development process.

You can connect the adapter jack to the terminal block as it is.

If you already have a DC adapter with a DC jack, it is also possible to connect power without this product by cutting the end of the cable and wiring it directly to the power terminals, as shown below.

However, this method requires manual wiring and modification of the adapter cable. Using the DC Jack Dongle provides a cleaner, safer, and more convenient solution, especially during development and testing.
