CUSB-36R

To use a CUBLOC CORE module, you typically need to design and manufacture your own PCB. For beginners (and even many production teams), this can be time-consuming and impractical. CUSB-36R solves that problem by providing a ready-to-use solution that combines the CORE module + industrial I/O PCB in a single product, so it can be installed and used immediately in real industrial environments.

With opto-isolated inputs and relay outputs, CUSB-36R is well suited for building reliable control systems that interface directly with sensors and field devices. It is especially convenient for control panels and factory automation projects where stable wiring, electrical noise immunity, and fast installation are important.

• 16 opto-isolated DC inputs (5 to 24V)
• 16 opto-isolated relay outputs (max: 5A @ 250VAC or 5A @ 30VDC)
• Runs off 85–264 VAC power

Important: For inductive loads (motors, fluorescent lamps, incandescent loads) or high-capacity loads (greater than 5W), you should add an additional relay, magnetic switch, SSR, and/or surge protection to protect the relay contacts and improve long-term reliability.

Sensor wiring note: This product cannot be used with 2-wire proximity sensors. Please use 3-wire proximity sensors instead.
