To use a CUBLOC Core Module, a custom PCB must normally be designed, which can be challenging for beginners or users without PCB design experience. CUSB solves this problem by combining the CUBLOC core module with a ready-to-use industrial-grade PCB.

With all essential circuitry already integrated, CUSB can be installed and used immediately in industrial environments. It is especially suitable for users who want the power and flexibility of CUBLOC without the complexity of custom hardware development.

The module provides opto-isolated inputs and relay outputs for improved noise immunity and electrical safety, along with a wide-range AC power input. This makes it ideal for factory automation, equipment control, and retrofit applications where reliability and ease of installation are critical.

• 9 opto-isolated DC inputs (5 to 24 V)
• 6 opto-isolated relay outputs (Max: 5 A @ 250 VAC or 5 A @ 30 VDC)
• Wide-range AC power input: 85 to 264 VAC

For inductive loads such as motors, fluorescent lamps, or incandescent lighting, and for high-capacity loads exceeding 5 W, an external relay, magnetic contactor, SSR, and/or surge protection must be used to ensure safe and reliable operation.

This product is not compatible with 2-wire proximity sensors. Please use 3-wire proximity sensors for proper operation.
