CUBLOC Application
This is an example of a customer-designed base board that accommodates the CB405RT core module.
In this case, the application is an agricultural fertigation (nutrient solution) control system.
Many of our customers take a similar approach—designing and manufacturing their own base PCBs tailored precisely to their application requirements.
By developing a custom base board, customers can build a system that fits their needs exactly while keeping costs remarkably low. Compared to using a traditional PLC, the total hardware cost can be reduced by more than ten times, making this approach especially attractive for mass-production projects.
Rather than relying on a bare MCU, customers choose CUBLOC because it offers a much more user-friendly development environment while still providing the flexibility of a custom-designed board. This makes CUBLOC an ideal solution for building dedicated, production-ready control boards that balance ease of use, performance, and cost efficiency.
