Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

Warranty & Repair
1-Year Limited Warranty
Free repair or replacement using new or equivalent parts for failures in performance and reliability. Covers 1 year from the date of purchase.
Notice: This warranty covers the product only. It does NOT cover labor costs, travel expenses, or on-site service related to the replacement or repair of the product.
Out of Warranty
Repair costs are determined after inspection. Requires a Purchase Order (PO) to proceed with repairs.
* Customers will be notified of all charges (parts, labor for repair, shipping) prior to execution.
How to Request an RMA
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping.

Worldwide orders (excluding USA/Canada) ship from South Korea. Local taxes, duties, and insurance are the Buyer's responsibility.
